Eight to ten adult men, the same each week.

Sessions
What a morning looks like
- 01
Coffee and check-in
We start with a cup of coffee and a short round: how the week went, in a sentence or two.
- 02
The conversation
Members bring what is on their minds. The clinicians keep the pace slow and the room respectful.
- 03
Closing
We end on time, so people can get on with their Saturday.
How we work
The method
This is a process-oriented group: the clinicians help members say what is true and listen to one another without trying to fix it. Between mornings, members may be given one question to think about.
Plainly
What this is not
Not a class
There is no curriculum and no homework.
Not a place where you must share
You choose what to say, and passing is always fine.
Not a crisis service
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. A group cannot respond between mornings.
Time and money
How long, how often, and how it is paid
Length and frequency
Twelve weekly mornings. After that, you and your clinician decide whether to join another cycle, begin individual sessions, or stop.
How it is paid
Insurance, paying yourself and reduced-fee spots are explained on one page. Your fee is given in writing before you start.

Questions
Three questions about this program
Is this group only for men?
Yes, the Saturday group is for adult men. The other groups are open to every adult.
What if I work on Saturdays?
Tell us at intake. The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening groups are open to men too.
Is this my first time in therapy?
No. Many members are new to it. Intake is the place to ask what to expect.
Ready to start with intake?
Intake is a 50-minute first visit with one clinician. You choose a first step together.
