Your first session
Before, during and after
The first visit is the same for a group and for one-to-one sessions.
Step 1: Before
You choose the path that matches how you pay, book a time, and receive short forms. The forms ask for contact details and consent, not your history.
Step 2: When you arrive
The front desk will greet you by name. The waiting room is quiet, and you can arrive a few minutes early.
Step 3: The conversation
Fifty minutes with one clinician. They explain how they work, what stays private and what cannot, and the possible risks and benefits of therapy. You say what you want.
Step 4: Choosing a step
Together you choose a first step: a group with a start date, individual sessions, or both. You are never asked to decide on the spot.
Step 5: After
We send a summary of what you chose and the dates. If you pay yourself, your written estimate has already arrived.
